The Clemson Tigers had a 24-10 record through the ACC tournament and they have made the NCAA tournament for the third straight season.

Clemson made the tournament as a eight seed and they will face the Iowa Hawkeyes who made it as the nine seed. Clemson is looking to make a tournament run like they did in 2024 when they made the Elite Eight.

The Clemson Tigers have had a very balanced, defensive minded team this year. Their leading scorer is RJ Godfrey, who only averages 11.9 points per game. Their second leading scorer, Carter Welling, tore his ACL in their game against Wake Forest in the ACC tournament. Zac Foster, the Freshman Guard, also tore his ACL earlier in the season against South Carolina. The Tigers are still trying to find a guy who they can rely on to score in big games. Their defense has been great this season, but their scoring has been a massive struggle for them. The team as a whole shoots 34% from three, and 72% from the free throw line.

The Iowa Hawkeyes had a record of 21-12 this season, with their leading scorer, Bennett Stirtz with 20 points per game. Clemson and Iowa will play on Friday in Tampa.
